Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Strong knowledge and experience with web development using Laravel

Sales & Customer Support

Responsibilities
  • Promote our services to potential clients
  • Give product demonstrations and presentations to clients
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and WhatsApp (in Indonesian only)
  • Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handle basic administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in sales, customer support, call center, or other customer-facing roles
  • Motivated to learn new things with a positive attitude
  • Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
